• Leading the team from the design phase till completing all the construction activities, managing the procurement process (Pre-tendering, tendering, and post-tendering process), and assure full compliance with the company procurement plan and procedures
• Managing the projects and contracts effectively for the good of the company all over the project duration
• Support the Facility Management Department in operating the newly constructed projects – during the post-construction stage

Responsibilities :-

• As a Technical Manager of WSSA, I directed strategic water and sanitation operations, managing a €16 million AFD-funded portfolio encompassing water networks, wastewater collection systems, and innovative reuse projects
• I established the utility’s governance framework by developing strategic plans, performance indicators, and sanitation standards while chairing committees to institutionalize operational policies
• I strengthened donor relations through successful grant management, securing funding for sanitation infrastructure upgrades and reuse pilot programs
• Overseeing all operations, I optimized maintenance protocols for water and sanitation assets, improved procurement processes, and led capacity-building programs for the technical department
