Working to Increase the productivity of the collection team to achieve the lowest ratio of the delinquent accounts and the value of the granted facilitations to the gross credit portfolio that belongs to customers banking services department and get the ideal ratio.
• Setting the tasks and responsibilities of the team members according to Policies and Procedures
• Assign the aims of his employees at the leam by subscribing with them, supervising administratively their performance, evaluating, watching attendance and distributing vacations
• Participate to calculate the declining of the ad hoc and the banking risks precautionary that belongs to customers banking services department - by arranging with the concerned departments - to be sure that they are compatible with rules and instructions of the Central Bank
• Participate to classify the accounts of the customers banking services department according to what is suitable with the policies and instructions of the bank
• Interview the delinquent customers whom are willing to tabulate their loans according the bank's policy.
» Supervise the follow up of the delinquent overdrawn accounts more than 45 days on daily basis according to the bank's policies, to collect the overdrawn amounts.
• Prepanng the overdrawn accounts more than 45 days for the legal affairs.
• Ensure compliance with stopping procedures of the delinquent credit cards and making a restriction on the account - advise all debits
.Following up credit cards that are credited and canceled
Enhancing collection and reduce the delinquency ratios in Personal, Housing, and Auto loans, as well as credit cards
- [ ] Identifying reasons of delinquency, and communicate them to all related department in order to reconsider the policies and processes of granting loans / credit cards.
- [ ] Follow up the delinquent customers in all products and handling the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.
- [ ] Following the use of the guarantees that are belonging to delinquent accounts and collect the loans before the legal period -90 days
- [ ] Ensure getting the customers resignation payable that has a commitment for the bank to solve the bank's rights by arranging with the responsible collection officer
- [ ] Studying the customers files .who are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department
- [ ] Following up the visa reports which hadn't paid to cover the required amounts through the Central Bank allowed period -90 days - before classifying the account and following it.
- [ ] Making field visits for the delinquent customers who have been getting great amounts of loans to guarantee a kind of communication with them.
- [ ] Ensure completing of customer's files documents that are diverted to the Credit recovery Department.
- [ ] Arrange with centralization operation unit to discount the available amount in customers' accounts that are authorized to restrict and assure the availability of the amounts.
