• I worked with a group of specialized engineers on the design and creation of a set of websites affiliated with the Unrwa. Starting from the requirements gathering and analysis phase, we progressed to the design phase, then the programming phase, and finally the testing phase.

• I have been monitoring the performance of the websites and applications launched by the Ministry of Health in the hospitals in the sector. We ensured the proper functioning of the websites, making sure they facilitated the procedures for patients in the hospital.

• User Experience Designer

My responsibilities include:
-Consulting with clients to understand their goals and explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
-Developing personas and usage scenarios; conducting usability testing
-Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows Creating product prototypes
-Analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience
-Conducting competitor and customer analysis
-Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
-Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software

• User Interface Designer

My responsibilities include:
-Taking design briefs to understand requirements
-Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
-Creating a visualization of screens within a prototype framework
-Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions
-Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback in your designs
-Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines
