• During my participation in the Ana Jawwal internship program, I represented Jawwal by promoting and selling its products and services directly. I was responsible for managing a branded sales point, providing customer support, and explaining new offers and packages. The role enhanced my communication, and sales, as I engaged with diverse customer needs and worked collaboratively with a team of fellow interns. I also took part in training sessions focused oncustomer experience and an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), which helped bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world practice

• Completed a Full Stack Web Development Diploma at Knowledge Academy, gaining hands-on experience in front-end and back-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, ASP.net and SQL server SQL server management Developed and deployed dynamic web applications, strengthening problem-solving through project-based learning.
