• Responsible to provide strategic direction and technical steering and guidance in the international standards, national legislations on access to justice and protection for children including girls, also for women including persons with disabilities.
• Create policy documents, concept papers, fact sheets, guidelines, SOPs, and regulations related to child protection and justice.
• Oversee the development process to enhance the national child protection system and improve the quality of interventions across protection and access to justice programs.
• Represent Tdh at the related ministries and institutions especially MoSD, Attorney General Office (AGO), Sharia Courts and civil society organizations.
• Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders in child protection
• Contribute to the development of new proposals for funding and advise on their technical soundness and financial feasibility.
• Support Tdh response approach for cases of children in contact with the law, GBV, survivors of child trafficking, victims/survivors and witnesses in the justice chain.
• Provide technical support in Child Protection (CP) and A2J and protection including VAWG and GBV, child marriage, survivors of child trafficking, victims/survivors of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.
• Facilitate capacity-building training focused on protection and access to justice for child protection and justice stakeholders, partners, and staff.
• Participate in the regional workshops and events related to Child Protection and Justice.

• Led the preparation process of these initial reports: formulation of the National team, data collection according to relevant indicators, review the data collected then incorporated in the first draft.
• led the process of finalizing the State Reports on implementation of CRC, CRPD, OPAC. These reports were submitted to the UN Committees by the State of Palestine.
• Co-drafted CRC, CRPD, OPAC State report in cooperation with MoSD, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UNICEF, Save the Children and OHCHR.
• Drafted factsheets, related documents and training materials and conducted training workshops for stakeholders and children on preparing state reports.
