PRCS has a large volume of projects and requisitions from various departments like the Emergency Medical Services and Disasters Department for all their needs yearly and daily requirements including construction projects for which I am responsible.
PRCS was installing and commissioning a solar system in each branch besides the new construction projects (hospitals, theaters, halls, and clinics) and renovation projects for the existing projects. My responsibilities are given below:
• Managing and developing the ERP system and responsible for extracting the reports;
• Managing five employees under my supervision, where I was responsible for their daily duties, work and reports, and their communication with customers and audit their bid documents, RFQs, P.O.s, Contracts, and frame agreements;
• Coordinate with the donors through our project team and finance team for all projects' budget and the donation period time, and make sure all donations have been Disbursement efficiently according to the PRCS SOPs and donor requirements;
• Develop the Commercial and Technical evaluation criteria, by rating each weight and making professional decisions;
• Develop the Purchase orders and Contracts terms and conditions template in coordination with the PRCS lawyer;
• Develop and maintain framework agreements for repeat purchase items and support the construction business;
• Collaborate and build relationships with the development, construction, and engineering teams to forecast demand to ensure sufficient time to run competitive tender processes;
• Identify and run due diligence on new suppliers;
• Act as the focal point of contact for suppliers in the sourcing process and coordinate interfaces with PRCS's Business Teams, Finance, and Commercial Teams, Technical Teams, and Legal Teams;
• Manage the full-sourcing process (including demand/market analysis, RFI, RFQs, Negotiations,
Contracting, and Supplier Awarding) in close collaboration with key stakeholders and in line with PRCS policies and processes;
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Due to the coronavirus Covid-19, and until getting the Israeli side consent on the project's financial and technical proposals, PPGC's board of stakeholders had decided to break all staff permanent contracts into part-time contracts. Since then, thereof, the project progress has been going smoothly with procedures and signing the contracts with any supplier, and getting any partner donor approval.
• Working on the gas agreement with the gas supplier and gas transporter commercially and technically to be on standby once we get approval for the network;
• Review the assist the financial advisor with the modified project financial model to get the Israeli side's consent;
• Working with the local distribution companies and closing financial deals with them to sell the proposed generated electricity;
• Assisting our technical team with new technical proposals by reducing the station capacity with new turbine models to align with the new financial model.
As a startup company under the Business Planning & Studies function, we focused on completing the tendering/procurement of all required services, conducting industry and competitive analysis, establishing the market's position, approach, and investment plans for long-term success, and analyzing opportunities to facilitate market penetration and solicit PPGCs business. As a Senior Business Development Engineer, mainly for electrical works and other projects, I have participated in the following main activities:
• Develop a vendor list of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) contractors, Long Term Service (LTS) contractors, and operations & maintenance (O&M) contractors for Electrical works suppliers such as Medium voltage suppliers and low voltage suppliers;
• Collaborate with EPC contractors and the regulator on Site to decide the main equipment locations such as the turbine, the generator, the Gas Pressure Regulating, the Metering Station (PRMS), and the layout substation;
• Set up all Pre-qualifications of EPC contractors, LTS contractors, and O&M contractors for Electrical suppliers such as Medium voltage and low voltage scopes and undertake major works of PPGC projects;
• Tendering, awarding, negotiating, contracting, and technically and financially evaluating major projects for both EPC contractors such as ENKA, SEPCO III, and Ansaldo Energia, LTS contractors, and O&M contractors such as GE, Siemens, and Ansaldo Energia. We used the World Bank Group (WBG) templates and forms to evaluate the proposals of the service providers;
• During the commercial and technical evaluation phase, I make sure that the EPC contractor results are aligned with the project specification efficiency and output power;
• Checking that spare parts, tools, and equipment comply with the list and country of origin specified in the project specifications;
• Drafting and reviewing negotiations of the commercial terms a condition of the gas sale, purchase agreement(s), power purchasing agreement(s), financing agreement(s), and interconnection agreement(s);
• Assisting in reviewing and monitoring the services provided by financial, commercial, and insurance advisors against the agreement of work and service contracts.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, I was fortunate to manage and deliver multi-million dollars clients in KSA and to achieve my sales targets, some achievements include:

• Besides my job for the medium voltage scope, I was managing four partners, also known as Panel Builders, for the low voltage scope, including a platinum panel classification;
• Collaborating with our Panel builders and system integrators in their scopes for Low Voltage scope, ELV systems, such as CCTV, BMS, and SCADA systems to gain a full opportunity for Schneider Electric;
• Managing two main division accounts of most of the impactful customers in the western area, Saudi Bin Laden Group, and many other customers;
• Reviewing customer project specifications, compliance statements, drawings, plans, and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposals for them;
