• NOC Operations: Oversee daily activities, including fault management, performance monitoring, configuration, and service provisioning across various mobile network elements.
  
  • Outage Management: Efficiently manage system outages through timely escalation and communication with management and stakeholders.
  
  • Continuous Monitoring: Ensure service availability by actively monitoring network alarms and escalating critical faults in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support, incident management, and circuit and hardware monitoring.
  
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and periodic network reviews.
  
  • Develop and optimize the network management platform, establishing operational procedures and support documentation.
• Kept detailed documentation on each support ticket and added lessons learned to knowledge base.

As the Founder and Project Lead of the Life Bracelet AI Project, I am dedicated to developing an innovative wearable technology that enhances water safety by monitoring vital signs and predicting potential drowning incidents. This project addresses a critical need for safety in pools, chalets, and hotels, significantly reducing the risk of drowning accidents.

I have secured funding through the Flow Business Accelerator, as well as from the Orange Corner program in collaboration with the Dutch government, which has been instrumental in bringing the project to fruition.

In 2023, I proudly represented Palestine at the GITEX Dubai conference, showcasing the Life Bracelet to a global audience. This project has also achieved recognition by winning in the "Made in Palestine for AI and IoT (MAP)" competition, highlighting its innovation and potential impact.

With my experience in artificial intelligence and project management, I am committed to driving the success of this initiative and making a meaningful difference in water safety.
